Challenges

The site footprint had limited onsite storage. In partnership with the Head Contractor, the AJK team facilitated deliveries outside standard working hours to avoid excessive congestion on site.

Results

Delivered on time and budget, work scope increased. Out of hours deliveries resulting in a beneficial reduction of traffic for key trades during peak times, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

The fit out was delivered on time over 18 months, thanks to a collaborative partnership with the Head Contractor and other stakeholders on the project.

Throughout the delivery timeframe of the project, AJK Outfitters was awarded a variety of additional joinery products at the client’s request.

Products Installed

Fixed kitchen joinery, all hardware and splashbacks
Desks, cupboards, in-room pin boards
Common area joinery, including sky lounge commercial kitchen
Custom laundry joinery
Integrated custom reception desk and mail room.
